Cidra is a Lebanese beverage group founded in 2018, based out of Metn. We operate a fully integrated production facility equipped with stainless steel fermentation tanks, a pasteurization tunnel, state-of-the-art canning and bottling lines, and an on-site R&D laboratory. We make our own brands — Cidra and Kicks & Gemz — and through Foundry Bev, we help other brands go from concept to can.
From Beirut and the Gulf to Europe and the UK, we're building Lebanese beverage culture on the world stage.

A London Dry Gin in the classical sense — vapor-infused with twenty-one carefully sourced botanicals, including Lebanese Juniper berries, so the aromatics arrive bright rather than steeped. Distilled from grain. The original recipe, kept original.
A bouquet of pine, citrus, and flowers on the nose. Earthy on the palate, with a smooth and notably long finish. Drinks clean over ice, rebuilds a martini from the bones up, and refuses to disappear in tonic.
